Can you return a pair you won on SNKRS? What Nike's Terms of Sale say

Nike's US Terms of Sale cover SNKRS orders, point to the policy at Nike.com/returns, exclude Final Sale items and refund to the original payment method.

The short answer: yes, in most cases. Nike's US Terms of Sale, last revised in October 2026, say they apply to purchases made through Nike.com, SNKRS and the Nike app, and that you can return a purchase under the return policy shown at the time you buy, unless the item is marked "Final Sale."

What the Terms of Sale cover

The Terms of Sale group Nike.com, SNKRS and the Nike app together as Nike's digital stores. That means a pair you win in a SNKRS draw is treated like any other Nike order. The terms point to the return policy at Nike.com/returns for the details, including the return window, so check Nike's returns help page for the current number of days.

Where you can return it

According to the terms, products bought from a Nike digital store can be returned to any Nike store, and products bought in a Nike retail store can be returned to any Nike retail store. Refunds go back to the original form of payment.

Exceptions to know

  • Final Sale. Items the store marks as Final Sale fall outside the normal return terms.
  • Defective pairs. The terms say you can return products that are defective or do not match your order. If Nike agrees the claim is justified, it says it refunds the price and any shipping costs.
  • Buying to resell. Nike's terms say its stores are for end consumers and that purchases for resale are prohibited. If Nike decides an order is for resale, it says it may suspend consumer policies for that order, cancel orders, charge restocking fees or decline returns.

Before launch day

Pick the right listing and size first, since many launches carry separate men's, women's and kids' listings. Our kids' sizing guide and SNKRS Draw and Line explainer can help. Policies can change, and the version shown when you buy is the one that applies. This is general consumer information, not legal advice.
